One 6L (or approx. 2.5kg) bag of LüvLitter typically lasts around 2 to 4 weeks for one average-sized cat, depending on usage habits and how often you clean the tray.

However, we recommend flushing only small clumps at a time to prevent clogging, and always ensure your plumbing can handle it.
For larger amounts, you can compost or dispose of it in the trash.

We want you to be completely happy with your LüvLitter purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

I didn't receive my entire order. What should I do?
Some of our items may ship from different warehouses, which means your order could arrive in multiple packages. If you've received part of your order, rest assured the remaining items are on their way. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment once they're dispatched.
